Bring at least 1 cup of water to a boil and let raspberry leaf tea steep for 10 minutes. Optional to let it cool.
In a shaker, combine ground ginger or ginger juice, blackstrap molasses, and a squeeze of orange juice. Or, if you're lazy like me, mix everything in the glass you will drink out of and just stir it. Now you have one less thing to wash up because if you're like me, I'm not trying to do extra while I'm on my period.
Add ice if desired chilled. Shake well and strain into a glass.
Garnish with an orange peel twist if you're fancy like that or just drink as is.
Notes
I like to warm up the beet juice to drink this warm. I find warm drinks to be more soothing while I'm on my cycle compared to drinking something cold. But this is completely optional and up to you.Tea aficionados, if you were wondering, it is best to use water heated to boiling, 212°F, to brew the raspberry leaf tea.
