Instructions
To make the cinnamon-infused waterIn a small saucepan, simmer a cinnamon stick in water for 5-10 minutes, OR boil water in a kettle, pour in a mug, and let a cinnamon stick steep covered for 15 minutes.
In a shaker (or in the same mug you made the cinnamon water in) mix the pear juice, matcha powder, and ginger.
Strain into a glass and garnish with pear slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
