Equipment

Ingredients

  • ½ cup vanilla-flavored almond milk (or any non-dairy milk of your choice)
  • ¼ cup coconut cream
  • ¼ cup vanilla dairy-free creamer
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 oz grenadine syrup
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground cardamom
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • sparkling water or club soda
  • ice cubes
  • edible gold or silver dust for rimming, optional

Instructions

  • Rim the glass with edible gold or silver dust for a festive touch. Dip the rim in water and then into the dust on a plate.
  • In a shaker, combine vanilla-flavored milk, coconut cream, creamer, vanilla bean paste, grenadine syrup, and nutmeg.
  • Shake well until the mixture is creamy and very well-blended. Or, you can use the immersion blender for this step to ensure that the spices are incorporated well.
  • Fill the prepared glass with ice cubes and pour the creamy mixture over the ice.
  • Top with sparkling water or club soda for a fizzy element. Stir gently.
  • Garnish with edible gold or silver star-shaped sprinkles for a touch of glamour.
  • Optional: Add a decorative stir stick or a vanilla bean for an extra visual appeal.

Notes

Heat things up a bit! Add all ingredients except the ice cubes, club soda, and garnish into a small saucepan on medium heat an bring the mixture to just below boiling. Froth the mixture and then pour into a heat safe glass and enjoy!
