Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup (4 oz) vodka
  • ½ cup (4oz) vegan coffee creamer
  • ¼ cup (2 oz) coffee liqueur
  • 3 oz pumpkin puree room temperature

Instructions
 

  • Combine the vodka and coffee liqueur over ice in a glass.
  • Wisk together the pumpkin puree and coffee creamer until smooth and combined. This is most easily done when both are at room temperature.
  • Pour over vodka and coffee liqueur and enjoy!
