Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond, oat, or your milk or choice
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree OR
  • ¼ cup unsweetened pumpkin butter
  • ½ tsp pumpkin spice seasoning
  • 2 tsp ashwagandha powder
  • 1 tsp monkfruit, or sweetener of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Warm the almond milk in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Whisk in the pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice mix, ashwagandha powder, and monk fruit sweetener until smooth.
  • Pour into a cozy mug and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
