1 whisk or handfrother
- 1 cup unsweetened almond, oat, or your milk or choice
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree OR
- ¼ cup unsweetened pumpkin butter
- ½ tsp pumpkin spice seasoning
- 2 tsp ashwagandha powder
- 1 tsp monkfruit, or sweetener of your choice
Warm the almond milk in a saucepan over low heat.
Whisk in the pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice mix, ashwagandha powder, and monk fruit sweetener until smooth.
Pour into a cozy mug and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
