Cinnamon Banana Protein Smoothie
Thick, creamy, and packed with protein, this Chocolate, Espresso, & Banana Smoothie will keep you full and energized all day long.

unsweetened vanilla almond milk or any milk

cup
vanilla Greek yogurt

tablespoon
ground cinnamon

banana
1
scoop protein powder (preferably vanilla)

teaspoons
energizing mushroom powder
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
2
cups
ice
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
Notes
For best results, add all of the liquid ingredients first then top with ice before blending. For a thinner smoothie, skip the ice. For a thicker smoothie, add more ice.
