- ¼ cup vegan sour cream
- ½ cup chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons vegan butter
- ½ medium red onion
- ½ teaspoon dried ground sage
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon marjoram
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
