Each product is carefully inspected for quality and each shipment is packaged with utmost care to protect the products during transit. We currently ship via USPS. Please refer to the Shipping + Returns Policy for more details.

Unfortunately, no (not yet!). We currently only ship within the United States, however, we hope to expand our shipping services in the near future!

It depends! We use either soy wax, coconut wax, or a food grade soy-paraffin blend to provide the best scent throw for that particular fragrance. 

We searched high and low to find ingredients that burn cleanly without releasing toxins into the air. All of our fragrances are phthalate-free, paraben-free, and nitro musk-free. 

Shipping Policy (USA only)

Shipping service is currently done via USPS. Please be aware that there may be small shipping delays due to the pandemic. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package has been shipped. 

Please be aware that La Cour is not responsible for delivery delays or damaged products one your package is shipped. You will be responsible for any additional reshipping fees to ship the package to the corrected address.

Please ensure that the address at which you will receive your products is accurate. Any and all “Return to Sender” packages that incur due to an incorrect address or undeliverable address are are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional fees to reship.

Return Policy

We want you to happy with your experience with La Cour! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 7 days or delivery confirmation. Recipient will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and fees. Your item must be unopened, unused, and not damaged or stained. Once we have received your return, we will inspect the item’s condition. If the item is approved, we will issue you a refund. We do not return shipping charges for items that have not been damaged.

 We do not accept returns on sale items.

Damaged Products

 We do our best to package each and every shipment with care. However, if your product arrived damaged, please immediately reach out to us contact@shoplacour.com to resolve the issue.

Safety first, always. Below are a few steps to help guide you to have a safe, enjoyable experience with our candles.

1. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always burn a candle within sight and remember to extinguish the flame before leaving your home or going to bed.
2. Trim your wick. Beyond step 1, this is probably to most important part of candle maintenance. Trim the wick to 1/4 of an inch above the wax pool. Leaving the wick untrimmed will cause carbon build up which increases the chances of overheating, wax pool debris, and a possible fire.
3. Place candle on a flat surface away from children and pets.
4. Do not place candle near air vents, windows, or drafty areas.
5. Make sure the wax pool is free of debris.

We strive to use the highest quality ingredients while giving you an experience you won’t be able to find anywhere else but La Cour. Certain scents are all natural and made with essential oils. However, some of our signature scents are made with synthetic fragrances as there is no natural extract for it (such as sea salt). Some oils, although natural, are hazardous when burned, can cause irritation when applied to the skin, or are sourced from endangered species of plants. We do our best to provide a balance between natural and synthetic oils to provide a sustainably sourced, high quality product.
