It’s here again! The infamous Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is here! I’ve always been excited to shop the anniversary sale. This year is quite different due to the pandemic, so instead of a physical catalog, Nordstrom has released all of the anniversary sale items at one go.
If you’re not quite familiar with the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, what you should know is that its’s a huge sale at Nordstrom online and in stores that offers discounts on popular items (some discounts are not that great – like 13% off – but some discounts are 50% off). You get access to shop the sale based on your Nordstrom membership status:
Dates by which access opens up for card members:

The sale will last until August 30th and the prices will return to normal on August 31st.
I’ve watched a few hours worth of YouTube videos about what to shop for in the sale, however, many of the ladies I simply suggested the most popular, trendy items in the sale – things that everyone else would get. I honestly didn’t quite like the recommendations and decided to look through the sale thoroughly myself and ended up finding some great options that I think were overlooked!
My style has changed quite a bit over the past two years and I can now confidently say that I have settled into my own sense of fashion. I tend to gravitate more towards feminine, romantic, classic clothing and tend to avoid incorporating trendy, casual, athleisure clothing in my wardrobe. I know my version of casual, lounge wear, may not resonate with some ladies and that’s fine! However, I didn’t find what I was looking for in those videos. I didn’t feel that those recommendations sparked that joy of femininity or inspiration within me. And it’s not to say that there was anything wrong with what the ladies picked! It just didn’t fit with my style. So I decided to scope out the sale myself and share what I found in hopes that I could spark inspiration in someone else!
So without further ado, here are my top feminine pick from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale.
